“What is Lishi?”
Lishi involves moving and exercising your body in a variety of different ways that have proven, positive benefits for your physical, mental and emotional health. In other words, by practising Lishi you become physically, mentally and spiritually fit.
Everyone who practises Lishi is different but what we have in common is that we want to feel greater levels of health and energy in our bodies because we realise this is the key to improving our life.
The healthier you are and the more energy you have, the more happiness, confidence and well-being you will experience.
Some people come to Lishi because they want to learn Tai Chi, Yoga or Kung Fu, others want to get more flexible, fitter or stronger or simply have a healthier lifestyle.
But the classes are great for getting toned, de-toxed and re-energised. De-stress and find your inner peace.
All the teachers are professionally trained to the highest levels and have been coaching for over ten years.
Each class is tailored to your needs and promises to be a fun and invigorating experience that will work your mind and body. Try something little bit different from the exercise you might have experienced in the past.
If you’ve thought about doing Tai Chi or you’ve decided you need to be a bit healthier or fitter, this is the perfect way to gently follow through and reach your goals.
Lishi Classes taking part in Leeds Let’s Change
The classes participating in this are:
Mondays 7 – 9pm at Wrangthorn Church Hall, Hyde Park Terrace, Leeds LS6
Tuesdays 5.45 – 6:45pm at Carriageworks, Millennium Square, Leeds LS1
Fridays 2.30 – 3:30pm – Leeds University Union, ARC building, Mtg Room 6
Classes normally cost £8 but if you mention Leeds Lets Change you will receive a 50% discount so you pay just £4 per session.
